CREATIVE FUTURES: ART IN THE NORTHERN RIVERS

Join a panel of Northern Rivers artists, creatives and industry leaders for an evening exploring the future of arts and culture in our region with Greens MP and Arts spokesperson Cate Faehrmann.

We’ll discuss the role of creative industries in the health and well-being of our communities and how we shape vibrant and thriving communities through the making of art, culture, storytelling, identity and economic development. The panel will reflect on the challenges, opportunities and priorities for the sector as it continues to recover and evolve.

This is an opportunity for local creatives and those that support them to come together, share experiences, identify current needs and help guide our policy and advocacy for the arts.

The Northern Rivers is home to one of Australia's most significant concentrations of practising artists and creative professionals. Their contribution to our region extends far beyond the arts; strengthening our economy, enriching community life and helping tell the stories that define who we are.
